Let me introduce the brand Lady Di Bride, it’s a company which is manufacturer and exporter wedding dresses in more than 30 countries all over the world. Our factory is located in Ukraine, Chernivtsi.
We produce exclusive handmade wedding dresses, which are made from expensive fabrics, laces and materials of high quality. We installed the best engineering equipment in the world which allows us to make our dresses fit perfectly. Designer, constructors, cutters, technologist, seamstresses, decorators, controllers a big professional team are working to making such amazing dresses.
What about conditions?
MINIMAL ORDER
3 dresses (different dresses which you like) for first order, after you can order how many you want.
ORDER
The order can be placed on the email ladydibride@gmail.com or on the website ladydibride.eu. After the order is received the manager will contact you. The Buyer is required to make prepayment 50% and than the manager give the order to work.
WHAT ABOUT EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION ON A CERTAIN TERRITORY?
The minimum order is 10 dresses from one collection and there is a condition for the purchase of a certain number of dresses per year, which depends on the population of the exclusive territory.
THE SEWING TERMS.
From 20 to 30 working days, depending on the number of proceeding orders. (Should be enquired at the time of making an order at your manager).
Dresses from the stock list can be sent in a short time after the payment.
THERE ARE URGENT TAILORING AN OPTION.
Urgent tailoring is possible with an extra charge of 20%. Tailoring time is from 10 to 15 working days.
SIZING. ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF MAKING CHANGES IN THE MODELS OF DRESSES.
Standard European sizes from 34-42 Eu the prices are standard, from 44 Eu-46 Eu the price will be +10%, than from 48 Eu and up +20%.
For orders sewn by individual measurements, there is an additional payment of 20-40$.
The are opportunities to change everything which Buyer want in the dress, the price will be agreed before ordering.
The Buyer is obliged to check that all sizes in the order match the size chart (on the website). We’re not responsible for the size the Buyer chose.
THE PAYMENT RULES.
50% of the total cost should be paid when making the order.
Another 50% should be paid before the order is shipped.
(NB: the term of completing the order starts on the day of payment.)
Payment methods: SEPA, SWIFT, Western Union, Money Gram, RIA transfer, Paysend.
Commission for the implementation of bank transfers is carried out at the expense of the buyer. (сommission for swift – “our”).
SHIPPING.
The shipping price is not included in the price of the dress.
We send parcels all over the world.
The shipping variants: DPD, DHL, ARAMEX, FEDEX, EMS, NOVA POSHTA.
OTHERS.
What about Discount?
We offer them in autumn and on Black Friday.
What about using photos and videos? You can use all our photos and videos if you buy more than 10 dresses, or if you buy fewer, you can use just the photos and videos you buy.
